At Symbiosis, we’re more than a print shop; we’re your partners in the creative process. That means we treat your digital files and personal info with the same respect we give your physical artwork. Here is exactly how we handle the "behind-the-scenes" stuff:

1. What We Keep (And Why)

To make your life easier, we only collect what’s necessary to get your projects done right. This includes your contact info, billing details, and the high-res files you trust us to print.

• Archiving: We keep your digital art files on our secure servers for at least 5 years. Why? So when you sell out of a popular print, we can hit "go" on a reprint immediately without you having to re-upload.

2. We Don’t Play Favorites (Or Sell Your Info)

Your data stays with us. We never sell, rent, or share your personal information or your artwork with outside marketers. The only "sharing" we do is with essential partners (like the folks who ship your packages or process your payments) just to get your order to your door.

3. You’re in the Driver's Seat

It’s your data, period. You have the right to:

• See it: Ask us for a copy of the info we have on file for you.

• Delete it: If you want us to "forget" your email or permanently delete your old art files, just say the word.

• Mute us: We only send emails you actually want. If you ever need a break, the "Unsubscribe" link is always at the bottom of our messages.

4. Respectful Marketing

We hate "gotcha" marketing as much as you do. We don’t use pre-checked boxes or sneaky sign-up tactics. Every email from us is built on active consent and always includes our physical address right here in Portland.
